These terms are an agreement between you and Voltage Streaming ("Voltage", "we", "us") about your use of watchvoltage.com and the Voltage app for iPhone (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Some films on Voltage contain mature themes, and Kids profiles hide horror titles, but they are not a substitute for parental supervision. If you are under the age of majority where you live, make sure a parent or guardian is comfortable with you using the Service.
The films, artwork and other works on Voltage belong to their creators and are shown with their permission. The Voltage name, logo, design and software belong to us. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to watch and view content through the Service for your own non-commercial use.
You may not copy, download, record, re-upload, sell, broadcast or otherwise redistribute content, or remove any credits or notices.

New-release alerts are optional. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in your iPhone's Settings.
We may add, update or remove films and features at any time, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time. We do not promise that any particular title will always be available.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.
If you are a creator or rights holder and believe something on Voltage is used without permission, email Voltage@WatchVoltage.com with the title and a description of your concern. We will look into it promptly.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not guarantee any particular content.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Voltage will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you use the Voltage app on iPhone, you also acknowledge that: these terms are between you and Voltage, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, maintenance or support; Apple has no warranty obligation for the app beyond refunding the purchase price if one applies; Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must also follow the Apple Media Services Terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
